To encourage adoption of Electric Vehicle (EVs) in Singapore, LTA has launched the Electric vehicle common charger grant (ECCG) for all condominiums and private apartments (NLPRs) be equipped with 2,000 EV chargers!
The ECCG may co-fund the installation of smart chargers for up to 1% of residential car park lots, rounded-up to the nearest whole number.
Case Study 1
If there are 140 car park lots in a NLPR, 1% of 140 = 1.4, rounded-up to the nearest whole number to 2. This means that 2 chargers will be eligible for co-funding.
Case Study 2
If there are 70 car park lots in an NLPR, 1% of 70 = 0.7, rounded-up to the nearest whole number to 1. This means that 1 charger will be eligible for co-funding.

What is ECCG Grant?
The Electric Vehicle Common Charger Grant (ECCG) is launched by LTA to encourage the installation of shared electric vehicle (EV) chargers in non-landed private residences (NLPRs), such as condominiums and private apartments. The ECCG will co-fund installation costs of 2,000 EV chargers at NLPRs, as an early adoption incentive.
How many chargers are eligible for the grant in your carpark?
The number of chargers eligible for the grant is based on 1% of the total number of residential carpark lots, rounded-up to the nearest whole number.
